This was a fabulous place to stay for a few months while we were working in Mobile Al! Huge shade trees cover most of the park. Sites are not level so be prepared. They offer 50 amp full service hook ups. Management is great and always helpful! The best part is the 12 acre lake with walking trail. Its a great place to stay! Walking trails, fishing, kayaking, bird watching.

My daughter and I just relocated from Arizona and we're staying awhile at Johnny's RV Resort. We've been here a month. The staff is amazing, the grounds are kept immaculately, the pool is always sparkling blue. I love the canopy of trees and the large sites. I'm not on top of my neighbors. The park is very quiet and the people who live here are nice and super respectful. So if youre in Theodore, long term or short term, this is where you should stay. We love it here!
